Initial Consultation
Our initial meeting and site inspection includes meeting with the client to determine design requirements and if further consultants will be required. We will discuss what is important to you – lifestyle, time frames and a budget that will suit you.
Concept Drawings
If you do not already have a concept or drawings, we will liaise with our building designer to draw up preliminary plans to suit your lifestyle requirements. Once you’re 100% happy with your design, we will work out an estimate, making sure we are within your budget.
Construction Drawings
During this next step, we will work with you to finalise construction drawings, finishes selections and engineering drawings so we can prepare a formal fixed price building contract.
Let’s Build
We will work with you and walk you through every step of the process. We submit all relevant documentation to obtain a Council approval and are with you every step of the way during your project. You will have 24/7 online access to your project so you know exactly what’s happening through out the building process, having full control of your project from start to finish.
Handover
Here’s the finishing part – a comprehensive handover will be done after the final clean. We will show you how appliances and special features work and a handover pack will be included. We will also pass on our warranties book with your 6 year Structural Warranty and 24 Month General Defect Warranty.
